At Enliven Mart, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Enliven Mart account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
